We started Summer 2005 buying food from local family farmers (organic or 'almost organic') every three weeks (get your regular
box of veg n' cheese n' honey). We're not a 'shop', just a group of people who collectively buy fresh food from local farmers.
The coop organised by people like you. We get no income from sales and have no paid workers so if you are not happy
with the service then its up to you to make it better! As well as the veggie box you can also order goats and cows
milk, yoghurt, cheese and whey; fresh pickles, honey, coffee and much more (see below). Orders are
collected tuesdays and wednesdays 18:00-19:30 from the World Carfree Network, Kratka 26, by
Strasnicka metro. Coop members leave a 3 month deposit on veggie boxes (900 Kč), extra
for cheese and milk etc., which they 'top-up' every couple of orders. To join to

Veggie Box / Krabice zeleniny (Martin Kuchar)
10-15kg veggie box, around 200 Kč. Each box includes a mix of vegetable such as: squash, tomatoes,
potatoes, pumpkin, zucini, cucumbers, spinach, onions, carrots, parsnip, beetroot, cale, etc.
Krabici zeleniny (10-15kg, 200 Kč): brambory, okurky, spenat, mrkev, petrzel, repa,
patizon, dyne, rajcata, cukety, spenat, cibule, kaderabek, atd.
Our veggie farmer, Martin Kuchar, is currently offering the following varieties of pumpkins. These pumpkins are 20-kc/kilo and
will be delivered together with the veggie boxes. If you would like a pumpkin, please specifiy the variety at the time of your order.
These pumping will keep throughout the whole winter...so get your pumpkins now, and enjoy yummy pumpkin recipes all winter long!
