Creative Kids Summer 2008!

July 14th - 25th!

Get Muddy this Summer! Looking for something creative and fun for your child?

We are arranging some really special activities in Muddum Art Space this summer!

Including two different and fun packed art weeks for kids: "Under the Sea" and "Little Italy"!

As well as daily pottery, games and juggling in Letná park we have two themed weeks planned.

We speak English, Italian and Czech. Sign up for anything from 1 day to the whole 2 weeks.

Children need to bring their own lunch, except on the Pizza Making day!

Maximum 10 children per week so sign up soon!

10:00-15:00. 1 Day: 400K

1 week: 1750K (prepay), 1900k (otherwise)

2 weeks: 3250K (prepay), 3800K (otherwise)

Week 1: Under the Sea!

For the first week Muddum goes under the sea! We will be using different art techniques

and materials with a Sea Theme including film making from our Italian art teacher and film maker,

Valeria Puppin (using pixiliation stop motion animation), creating their own Jelly Fish, making paper-mache,

costumes and face painting (for use in the film), face painting and a special trip to Sea World.

Plus pottery and playing in the park each day!

Week 2: Little Italy!

With the help of our Italian art teacher Valeria will go on an artistic cruise around Italy.

Introducing the great Archimboldo's paintings (to help them make their own collages),

Venice Carnival and Carnival masks. They will also make "Byzantine" mozaics and "Murano" jewellery

and even make their own Italian pizza, which they'll eat in a picnic in the beautiful Letna Park.

Plus of course pottery and playing in the park everyday!
